万能轧机粗轧过程有限元分析研究
Finite Element Analysis on Rough Rolling Process of Universal Mill
摘要
Abstract
The process of rough rolling was simulated and analyzed by ANSYS/LS-DYNA software.And the deformation law of rolled piece in rough rolling was studied to provid a reference for further processes,and further improve the production requirements.By compared with the rolling force in actual production,the error is very small,which verifies the feasibility and accuracy of the simulation.关键词
