摘要

Abstract

The 2A11 duralumin cyclotron needle is difficult to cut because of samll size,and the cold extrusion forming is used to prepare it due to its good plasticity.The cold extrusion forming of cyclotron needle was simulated by DEFORM-3D software.The results show that the forming part of the cold extrusion process shows a full filling and good quality,which not only to save material and improve the efficiency greatly.
