摘要

Abstract

The parameters of the laser welding process for DP980 cold rolled dual phase steel were optimized by orthogonal method,and the weld width and area of the welded joints were simulated by Gambit software.The results show that the optimal welding process for DP980 dual phase steel is the laser power of 1 100 W,the welding speed of 7 mm/s and the distance from ocus of-2.5 mm;the tront width,the back width and the cross section area of the laser welded joints are consistent with the actual results.
