Abstract
The impregnation process for standard powder metallurgy parts and WJ6 engine crankcase accessory were studied by using acrylate,and the impregnation parameters such as pressure-holding,oil-proof and long time operation were analyzed.The results show that the optinal pressure and time of impregnation are 10 MPa and 40 min,respectively.After acrylate impregnation,the slight leaking castings are able to achieve the requirement of pressure-holding and long time operation.The residue of acrylate impregnation is less and can be removed more easily,which is outweighing the impregnation of flax-seed oil.关键词
