摘要
Abstract
Aimed at the shrinkage cavity defects in riser neck in the production of automotive brake caliper body,the reasons of the shrinkage cavity defects were analyzed combining the computer solidification numerical simulation,the gating system and riser design were optimized to achieve well-distributed pouring liquid inflow and fully riser feeding.The shrinkage cavity problem in riser neck on the casting were solved effectively.关键词
