基于ProCAST的龙门加工中心滑枕铸件的数值模拟分析

摘要
Abstract
It ensure the scheme of pouring process through analysis the structtre of ram casting for gantry machining center.Numerical Simulation of casting process for ram casting by ProCAST software,which visual observation of filling and solidification process of molten Iron liquid.The results show that adopt step gating system and pouring temperature is 1380 ℃,casting speed of 1 m/s,the filling and solidification process of castings is reasonable,through the actual trial production to verify the feasibility of this process,which provides theoretical foundation and guidance for practical production.关键词
