摘要

Abstract

In view of the high defect rate of steel shank castings of a casting enterprise,the investment casting process was simulated by AnyCasting software.The simulation results show that the site of defects is the top of the casting.Setting a cooling water channel to improve the production process,the improved process was predicted,the qualified rate of the steel handle castings is up to 98%,and the casting quality is greatly improved.
