表面喷丸铝合金残余应力循环应力松弛试验研究

摘要
Abstract
Different shot peening treatments were introduced and cyclic loading tests were carried out on 7075 Al alloy specimens.Residual stresses and surface micro-hardnesses under each cyclic loading were measured to analyze residual stress relaxation features.The results show that residual stresses and micro-hardness have intimate relationships since they are both the macroscopic represents of local lattice distortion and plastic deformation.Moreover,stress relaxation features and micro-hardness evolution pattems are greatly influenced by initial distribution states and external loadings.While cycle period just has a prophase influences in that irregular great variations would occur in early stage and stable small regular variations in medium-term and final stages.关键词
