响应面法优化单酶复配酶解辐照玉米秸秆的研究
Optimization of Enzyme Complex Formulation of Irradiation Corn Straw by Response Surface Method

Abstract
[Objective] To study the optimal ratio of enzyme complex formulation.[Method] 1 200 kGy 60Co γ-ray irradiation corn straw as raw material,the response surface methodology was applied for analyzing the cellobiohydrolase,the endoglucanase,the β-glucanase and the xylanase.[Result] The reducing sugar content was extremely significantly by xylanase dosage but not significantly impacted by cellobiohydrolase,β-glucanase and endoglucanase.The optimum conditions for supplemental levels were found to be hydrolysis at cellobiohydrolase ratio of 1.07 U/g,endoglucanase ratio of 31.53 U/g,β-glucanase ratio of 20.81 U/g and xylanase ratio of 81.96 U/g.The reducing sugar content under these conditions was 372.624 mg/g than before optimization and basically according with the model prediction value.[Conclusion] The optimization of enzyme complex formulation of irradiation corn straw by central composite design and response surface method is reliable,and it can provide reference for the complex of single enzyme.关键词
