光周期与温度对苹果蠹蛾滞育解除的影响
Effect of Photoperiod and Temperature on Diapause Termination of Codling Moth,Cydia pomonella(L.)
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to explore the mechanism and affecting factors of the diapause termination of codling moth, Cydia pomonella (L.).[Method] Effects of different photoperiod and temperature on diapause termination of codling moth were studied.[Result] Effects of diapause termination was better with the lower temperature in a certain low temperature range;long day could promote diapause termination but not to be a dependent factor of diapause termination, diapause termination was very difficult if codling moth wasn't treated with low temperature.The pupation rate was higher with the longer day on the basis of low temperature treatment.Low temperature and long day could effectively remove diapause of codling moth.[Conclusion] Low temperature is the key factor on diapause termination of codling moth.关键词
