Abstract
In the complex and changing external environment,how to respond to the needs of individual customers to adapt to the technological changes and changes in the impact of profit model to enhance the response to customer needs and environmental change speed to the service-oriented enterprises becomes the main problem.In order to cope with the uncertainties of internal and external environment,dynamic capability becomes the main guarantee for the sustainable competitive advantage of service enterprises.In order to sort out the connotation of dynamic capability of service-oriented enterprises and give the measurement dimension of dynamic capability,this paper draws on the research results of some scholars and combines the characteristics of the service-oriented enterprises,from the resource allocation ability,learning ability,innovation ability,environment perception ability and environmental adaptability and other five dimensions and put forward the composition of the service-oriented enterprise dynamic capacity.With the help of SPSS and Amos,the exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis are used to delete the items in the scale and validate the validity of the scale.Through the correlation analysis of 5 dimensions,environment perception has the greatest impact on the other dimensions,improving the service-oriented enterprises dynamic ability ought to begin with enhancing the corporate environmental perception ability.关键词
