摘要

Abstract

With the development of economy,the shopping needs of consumers are increasing quickly.The number of chain supermarket is increasing more and more,and the competition among chain supermarket are becoming fiercely.In order to improve the competitiveness,save operating costs,the chain supermarkets strengthen the management to the products provided by the suppliers.This article takes X chain supermarket as the research object.By using the analytic hierarchy process,it selects the appropriate index,and solves some problems that appeared in the selection of the supplier,thus providing guarantees for chain supermarkets on product quality,cost savings,improving competitiveness,and so on.
