摘要

Abstract

Structural improvement of core is conducive to meet the requirement of micro fluxgate sensor to reduce power consumption.But different topological structures have different effect.In this papar,topology analysis and targeted optimization of core was completed.The micro fluxgate based different porous core was fabricated by MEMS technology.By testing and comparing performance of these sensors,the test result show that optimized structure of core can better reduce power consumption and noise of micro fluxgate sensor and improve its sensitivity to enhance overall performance of micro fluxgate.
