基于光谱技术多气体检测系统的设计
Development of Multi Gas Detection System Based on Spectrum Technology

Abstract
In order to detect the concentrations of various gases in real time,based on the principles of measurement of infrared absorption spectroscopy and electrochemical detection,STM32F103 as the main control chip of a multi-gas concentration detection system is designed.The design scheme of the system is introduced as followed.The detecting system is composed of two parts,that is the upper monitor and the lower computer.The lower computer includes hardware and software designs,realizing some basic functions such as the real-time detection of multi-gas concentration and display,over the alarm threshold for sound-light alarm and so on,with the design idea of both high performance and low power consumption.The lower computer communicates with the upper monitor through the wireless transmission mode.The upper monitor based on QT platform to program,displays the concentration curves in real time and is convenient for users to monitor security in the remote.After the system performance test,results show that the accuracy with ±3% FS of this detection system can be reached.Besides,the system has a little error,is easy to operate and carry,works stably and can secure personal better.Meanwhile,remote monitoring capability also makes detection system have good practical value.关键词
