摘要

Abstract

GMR-1 3G communication standard opened up a new milestone in the satellite communications.The performance of the system protocol stack determines the data throughput rate and spectrum efficiency.The radio resource control (RRC) layer plays a role in transmitting non-access stratum message and controlling the underlying.The structure and function of the RRC layer are introduced,and the establishment and release process of RRC connection are analyzed mainly,and coded.Using a process method of multiple tasks in the implemention process can greatly save the resources.The RRC connection function is completed by designing a state machine,at the same time,interaction primitives are designed.The interaction primitives and the data messages to be sent in a contiguous memory space,can effectively improve the system operating efficiency.Test results show that the RRC can realize the functions specified in the protocol properly.
