Simulation Research on EHA System Based on Sliding Mode Variable Structure Control

Abstract
The multi-electric aircraft telex power actuation system uses electricity to replace the secondary energy,such as hydraulic energy and pneumatic energy,etc.in the aircraft energy system.A typical power telex actuation system mainly includes electrical hydrostatic actuator(EHA) and electromechanical actuator(EMA).According to the operating characteristics of the aircraft system,the EHA is taken as the research object to analyze its working principle and structure characteristics.Simulink linearization simulation models of driving motor,hydraulic pump,actuator,piston rod load in EHA system are established.At the same time,in order to solve the problem of low control accuracy of the drive motor,as well as the problems of poor control accuracy and narrow bandwidth existed in EHA of traditional PID control,the sliding mode control mechanism is used to improve and optimize the traditional PID control,and make simulation and comparison.The simulation results show that the control quality of EHA system with sliding mode variable structure control is improved obviously.关键词
