Abstract
Due to relatively fixed routes of public transportation, road load is with high repeatability.In order to evaluate transmission durability of bus accurately, a new test method based on user load spectrum was proposed.Firstly, road load spectrum of transmission output shaft while driving during certain period was collected.Loads of transmission output shaft has been decomposed on the transmission input shaft and input shaft loading condition was figured out in various gears.Meanwhile, frequency distribution of different load grades was obtained.Secondly, based on equivalent damage theory, different levels of load were regarded as equivalent to the maximum damage and number of load cycles was worked out.Finally, according to design mileage and the mileage of road load spectrum, cycle index of loading which causes maximum damage was extrapolated.Therefore, method of testing durability of transmission associated customers of the road load spectrum was established.This study shows that transmission durability tests increased the city bus drive reliability test cycle times and accurately tested the durability of bus transmissions.关键词
