摘要

Abstract

This paper presented a method for the load extraction of the suspension connecting point based on the finite element analysis software Abaqus, the equivalent model method.Take the four-link rods type suspension as an example, a complete model and an equivalent model of suspension based on Abaqus were established, and the basis of establishing the equivalent model was analyzed, and a suspension model based on multi-body dynamics analysis software Adams was established.The hard point load was compared with each model in the typical working condition.And it finds that the load value of equivalent model is very close to the full model.This verified the accuracy of the equivalent model method.The causes of load difference between the models are discussed briefly as also.The equivalent model method is simple and fast, and it has important significance to shorten the development period of the suspension.
