Abstract
As China releases the phase V emission regulation, the emission requirements for gasoline vehicles continue to increase and the emission calibration method also needs to be optimized. The MBC (Model-Based Calibration) toolbox was used to optimize calibration for China V type I emission tests of a vehicle company. The emission experiment program was optimized and the emission tests were done to collect data, which were used to establish emission statistical model. The emission calibration parameters were optimized by using the emission model and emission tests were done to validate the optimization calibration. The emission results could meet the China V type I emission regulation and the HC reduced 29.3% than before the optimization.关键词
