轨道板与CA砂浆间拍打作用研究
Study on the flap action between slab and CA mortar
摘要
Abstract
Because of the influence of temperature and train dynamic load, the places between slab and CA mortar of CRTSⅠslab ballastless track easily generate gaps and the flap action. A method of transient dynamic analysis was used to study the flap speed between the slab and the CA mortar, and then the collision was used to simulate the flap action. The results show that: Flap speed between slab and CA mortar increases linearly with the increase of axle load, and at the train speed of 250 km/h, flap action is biggest and flap speed is 0.581 m/s; The contact stress between the slab and the CA mortar increases linearly with the flap speed, it also increases with the elastic modulus of CA mortar-when the contact stress is less than 200 MPa, its increase is faster; when the contact stress is larger than 200 MPa, its increase is mitigation. The CA mortar with elastic modulus less than 200 MPa is recommended to use or the materials with smaller elastic modulus are filled in gap and void areas.关键词
