摘要

Abstract

In order to get the deformation force of the bridge shield, and combining with the actual construction engineering of bridge shield, shield construction process was simulated to reveal variation of deformation and force of shield by using ANSYS finite element software to establish the three-dimensional frame precise model considering the actual size of shield. The rationality of the calculation model was verified by comparing the calculation results with the field monitoring results. The results show that changes of longitudinal core soil height has a great influence on deformation and stress of shield. With the decrease of the height of core soil, deformation of the center columns and cross beams is small and deformation of side columns changes greatly which has three kinds of deformation characteristics of elastic foundation beam, simply supported beam and cantilever beam. The cantilever situation corresponds to the most unfavorable stress shield. Bending moments with side columns of the shield tail section are much larger than the front side columns of the shield and the inner bending moment of the side column is much larger than that of the outer, which suggests that the actual design parameters should be determined according to the force condition of the inside of side column.
