Abstract
Objective To study the Effect of local high concentration oxygen therapy as postoperative care patients with simple anal abscess.Methods 120 patients with pure crissum pus who were treated in our hospital from January to December 2016 were recruited as study subjects and were randomly assigned to treatment group and control group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received antibiotics (cephalosporins)before and after the surgery.Patients in the treatment group did not received antibiotics but used anus local high concentration oxygen therapy.We compared between the two groups overall effective rate,while blood cell count at 3,6,9 days postoperative,and wound area and wound secretion at 1,3,6,9 days postoperative.Results Total effective rate at 9 days postoperative was similar between the treatment group than in the control group (98.31％ vs.100.00％,P ＞ 0.05).While cell count before and after the surgery did not differ between the two group (P ＞ 0.05).Wound area at 1 and 3 days postoperative did not differ between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Wound area at 6 and 9 days postoperative was significantly smaller in the treatment group than in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Local high concentration oxygen therapy is effective as the postoperative care for patients with simple anal abscess and can facilitate wound healing.关键词
