Abstract
Objective To study the application value of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) in early diagnosis of traumatic rupture of colon.Methods 60 patients with suspected traumatic rupture of colon were recruited as study subjects.All patients were examined by MSCT before operation,the results of MSCT were compared with pathological results after operation.Results The accuracy of MSCT in the diagnosis of the location and severity of traumatic colon rupture respectively were 96.67％ and 93.33％,there was no significant difference between CT and pathological findings (P ＞ 0.05).The MSCT signs of traumatic rupture of colon were free intraperitoneal gas,peritoneal effusion,colonic wall thickening and edema and mesenteric injury.Conclusion That the MSCT is useful for the diagnosis of traumatic colon rupture and has good accuracy in determining site and severity.关键词
