摘要

Abstract

The safety monitoring system of existing substation has the situation that platform redundancy, dispersion, and cannot share information, in view of this problem, this paper designed an online secure monitoring system of smart substation based on IEC 61850 standard, which includes perimeter security monitoring subsystem, online monitoring subsystem of electrical equipment temperature, and security information management subsystem.This paper modeled unified information out of substation perimeter security information and equipment temperature information in accordance with IEC 61850 standard, and achieved an integration security measurement system platform.The system uses laser fence to detect and locate the intruder, IP camera for remote monitoring and intrusion evidence collection, SAW temperature sensor for temperature measurement.It implements to monitor automatically perimeter security intrusion information and temperature information in real-time, to provide a strong technical support and engineering reference for the development of smart substation.
