Scrolling Reconfiguration Strategy for Distribution Network Based on Prediction Information of Wind Power

Abstract
In order to eliminate the effect of randomness and volatility of wind power on the distribution network reconfiguration,a scrolling reconfiguration strategy for the distribution network with wind power is proposed based on the prediction of wind power.A dynamic reconfiguration is realized by updating the prediction data of wind power in each time interval according to the principle of sequentially progression and least operation cost.For the first time interval,an improved adaptive genetic algorithm is applied to obtain a reconfiguration solution set with the prediction of wind power as its output data.After the assessment on the solution set,an optimal reconfiguration scheme is selected and it is further used as a complement to the solution set in the next time interval.In this way,the reconfiguration in the following time intervals is carried out sequentially.Moreover,penalty prices are introduced to restrict the times of switch operations during the assessment of solution set.Finally,a simulation on an IEEE 33-node distribution system verifies the correctness and validity of the proposed strategy.关键词
