摘要

Abstract

Investigated the 20 MV·A NPC/H-bride high power inverter based IGCT. It has been applied in the large axial air compressor field successfully. Inverter adopted the modular structure design based on IGCT. The commutation process of module had been analyzed in order to guide the power semiconductor selection and power module structure design. The developed module could reduce the stray inductance effectively and ensure the reliable working of IGCT. The integrated control system based on VME bus was researched and the vector control of synchronous motor was implemented. The experimental results show that the inverter system reaches the design requirement and has an excellent performance.
