低功耗同步BUCK芯片的过零检测电路
A Zero-Crossing Detection Circuit for BUCK Chip
摘要
Abstract
Under the light load mode,traditional zero crossing detection circuit will produce"current backflow"phenomenon,in order to obtain better performance of switching power supply converter,a zero crossing detection circuit of low power synchronous buck chip is design.Firstly,threshold voltage acquisition and temperature compensation are used to improve amplification circuit stability,and greatly reduce probability of"current backflow"phenomenon,and secondly,edge occult circuit is used to avoid false triggering operation of switching circuit,lastly,the simulation experiments is carried out to test and analyze the performance.The results show that when the temperature is set between-40 ℃~120 ℃,the negative threshold is 0.1 mV,the proposed zero crossing detection circuit can improve the detection accuracy of system,and the system power consumption is very low,it has high practical value.关键词
