摘要

Abstract

Basedon S3C2440 processor and Linux3.0.4kernel,a set of embedded electrical impedance measurement system is developed based on ARM architecture,to improve the convenience and digital applications of impedance measurement.Using AD5933 as impedance sensor,through the I2C communication protocol the data communication between AD5933 and S3C2440 processor are achieved.The development of QT user interface achieves the display of measurement results,through the operation of touch screen to achieve the impedance parameters of the collection,display,store and curve drawing and other functions.The imaging results indicate that image reconstruction quality is good,and the SNR is 65.6 dB,and verify this system's stability and reliability of software and hardware in design.This study can contribute to promote the application of digital medical technology in the clinical application of impedance measurement technology.
