摘要

Abstract

The LC frequency integration design scheme of simple measuring instrument is presented for the complicated operation in the inductance,capacitance,frequency measurement instrument.Instrument type is various and there are complex problems,in which contain small capacitance and inductance and frequency measurement by LC oscillator counter measure,electrolytic capacitors by RC charge and discharge measure and the comparison circuit.Inductance measuring range:0.1 μH~1.0 H,accuracy of 5%;Small non electrolytic capacitor measurement range:1.0 pF~2.2 μF,accuracy of 5%;Frequency measurement range:50 Hz~400 kHz,absolute error is less than 3 Hz.Electrolytic capacitor measurement range:0.5 μF~12 000 μF,accuracy of 5%.The practice has proved that the measuring instrument is stable and reliable,can meet the needs of most measurement occasions.
