熔盐合成法制备Mo2C纳米粉末的研究
Synthesis of Mo2C nanopowders by molten salt method

Abstract
Flake-like Mo2C nanopowders were prepared from (NH4)2MoO4 and C6H12O6 as the precursors with NaCl + KCl (1∶ 1by mole) as the raw material by molten salt reaction method at 900 ℃.Meanwhile,the evolutions of phase structure and microstructure during synthesizing Mo2C powders were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The results show that the phase evolution of MoO3 follows as MoO3→MoO2→Mo2C.Besides,the crystal transformation of Mo2C from orthorhombic to hexagonal structure occurs at 900-1000 ℃.The increase of reaction temperature and the extension of reaction time can accelerate the reaction process,but overhigh reaction temperature also contributes to the significant grain growth of Mo2C powders.关键词
