电商企业绩效是企业发展到一定阶段需要重点考虑的问题之一,对企业绩效进行研究具有比较现实的意义.以比较典型的电商企业——苏宁易购为例,提出影响企业绩效的10个重点因素,并转化为10项关键指标研究电商企业的绩效.通过SPSS19.0软件,对10项指标进行相关性检验、统计量描述及回归分析,找出了影响电商企业绩效的关键因素,并提出了一些建议.研究结果对电商企业未来的发展将起到一定的指导作用.
