摘要

Abstract

In order to enhance the mechanics quality of cement-soil, the basalt fiber' s reinforcement effect, and the way to improve cement soil' s strength by means of mixing the basalt fiber have been discussed in this paper. The unconfined compression test was conducted on cement-soil mixing with basalt fiber in different ratio. The result showed that the incorporation of basalt fiber could effectively improve compressive strength of cement-soil specimens in different ages and it also strengthened the plastic characteristics of cement-soil. But with the increasing of fiber content, the enhancement effect was gradually weakened. The basalt fiber cement-soil specimens could still support a certain amount of load after reaching the peak load. Thus it could improve the security and stability of engineering pro-ject. Besides, the relationship between the unconfined compression strength and age of the cement-soil mixing with basalt fiber in different ratio was established.
