基于遗传算法的铜精矿品位预测模型
Prediction model of copper concentrate grade based on genetic algorithm
摘要
Abstract
Analyze the factory daily production report data of a certain copper in 2014, fitting the rela-tionship of the mill feed grade, ore dressing recovery rate, and the grade of concentrate. According to the relationship between the price and the grade of copper concentrate in Shanghai Metal Exchange, the function of the change and economic benefit of various technical indexes is determined. Based on the economic benefit and resource utilization, genetic algorithm is used to search for different technical index, and the corresponding index of optimum scheme is found. Practice has proved that this method is consistent with the actual situation of the plant, and can provide decision support for the scientific production of the plant, improve the economic benefit.关键词
