摘要

Abstract

In order to obtain water repellent agent with excellent water repellent property,methyl methacrylate (MMA),lauryl methacrylate (LMA),dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate (G-04) and triethoxyvinylsilane (KH-151) are set as polymerizable monomers of preparing core-shell fluorosilicon soap-free water repellent agent by core-shell emulsion polymerization.The results show that the emulsion can obtain stable performance when polymerizable emulsifier dosage is 1.5%,the modified monomer(G-04 ∶ KH-151=6 ∶ 1) account for 70% of the total shell monomer,initiactor dosage is 1% and cross-linking monomer dosage is 1%.And the contact angle,hydrostastic pressure and spray grade of the cotton fabric treated with water repellent agent can reach 144.6°,2.32 kPa and 4 grade respectively.
