Abstract
American transportation has always been the wind vane of the world's transportation. This paper starts from American transportation development history, analyzes the influences of the population growth, eco-nomic globalization, new technology application, the change of natural environment and the shortage of funds on traffic development in the coming 30 years. This paper puts forward the main ideas of American transport Act and the Strategic plan to address these challenges and strategic focus of recent American transportation development trend, in order to provide an analysis of American transportation development trend with historical depth and fu-ture prospects, and to provide reference for Chinese transportation development.关键词
