国产与进口阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病药物经济学评价的Meta分析
Meta-analysis of pharmacoeconomic evaluation of domestic and imported acarboses for type 2 diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Objective To provide some evidence-based references for clinical decision and pharmaceuticals purchase by public bidding systematically analyzing the pharmacoeconomic evaluation of domestic and imported acarboses for type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods All the literatures about the pharmacoeconomic evaluation of domestic and imported acarboses for type 2 diabetes mellitus were searched from CNKI,Wanfang Data,SinoMed,etc.After data extraction and quality evaluation,RevMan 5.3 was used for meta-analysis.The CEA and cost-minimization of these 2 groups were analyzed.Results A total of 8 RCTs were enrolled,including 709 patients.According to the meta-analysis,the effective rate of domestic and imported acarboses was [OR combination=l.03,95％ CI=(0.68,1.56),P=0.88] and the adverse effect rates was [OR combinaiton=0.70,95％ CI=(0.46,1.07),P=0.10].The CEA and the minimum cost analysis showed that domestic acarbose was more economical than imported acarbose.Conclusions The currently available evidences show that there are no statistical differences in the total effective rate and adverse effect rate between the domestic imported acarboses.Domestic acarbose tablets cost lower.关键词
