呼吸训练结合超短波治疗对脑外伤后气管切开患者的影响

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of respiratory training combining ultra-short-wave therapy on the pulmonary infection and extubation time of patients unertaking tracheostomy after traumatic brain injury.Methods 100 patients with traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,50 for each group.The control group was treated with ultra-short-wave therapy,microcalorimetry,10 minutes / time,2 times / day for 30 days on the basis of clinical drug therapy;in addition,the experimental group took respiratory training,25 minutes / time,3 times / day for 30 days.with The sputum culture results before and after treatment,lung infection improvement rate,and extubation time were compared between these two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the negative rate of sputum culture increased by 14％ and the lung infection improvement rate 16％ in the experimental group.The extubation time was significantly shorter in the experimental group than in the control group (P =0.029).There were statistical differences.Conclusions Respiratory training combining ultra-short-wave therapy can improve the pulmonary infection in patients undertaking tracheotomy after traumatic brain injury and shorten the extubation time.关键词
