Abstract
Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of pelvic floor disorders. Methods 72 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction,40 cases of urinary incontinence and 32 cases of organ prolapse, treated at our hospital from February,2014 to July,2016 were selected. And 40 healthy women undertaking physical examination at our hospital during the same period were selected as a control group. All the objects' pelvic floors were examined by ultrasonography and the pelvic floor morphological indicators were analyzed and compared. Results During rest, anal contraction, and Valsalva states, the A values were significantly higher in the urinary incontinence group [(16.15±5.71) cm2,(16.48±3.71) cm2,and (18.40±6.12) cm2]and the organ prolapse group [(16.42±3.75) cm2,(18.16±2.97) cm2,and (24.15±4.31) cm2] than in the control group [(13.90±2.10) cm2,(14.67±2.53) cm2,and (17.58±3.41) cm2)].During Valsalva state, the M value was significantly higher in the urinary incontinence group[(6.15±0.71) cm] and the organ prolapse group [(6.04±0.67) cm] than in the control group [(5.59 ± 0.70) cm],with statistical differences (all P < 0.05).Conclusions Pelvic floor ultrasound can effectively reflect the pelvic floor structure in patients with pelvic floor dysfunction;the analysis of the changes of pelvic floor structure parameters in different states helps improve the diagnostic accuracy of such patients and provide reliable references for the clinical treatment.关键词
