Different nursing methods for preventing complications in severe hepatitis patients treated by artificial liver plasma exchange

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects of preventive nursing care and evidence-based nursing care for preventing complications in severe hepatitis patients treated by artificial liver plasma exchange and the improve the nursing care and clinical treatment effect.Methods 200 severe hepatitis patients treated by artificial liver plasma exchange at our hospital from March,2014 to March,2015 were selected as study objects and were randomly divided into a preventive nursing group(n=100),given preventive nursing care,and an evidence-based nursing group (n=100),given evidence-based nursing care.After the nursing care,the incidences of complications of the two group were analyzed and compared.Results Both groups had good nursing effects.The incidence of complications and the satisfaction degree were lower and the cured rate was higher in the preventive nursing group than in the evidence-based group,with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Both preventive and evidence-based nursing cares for severe hepatitis patients treated by artificial liver blood plasma replacement can ease and reduce the common complications.Both nursing cares can take fully advantages if reasonably designed and may be able to make the patients enjoy better nursing service and increase the cured rate.关键词
