江门市某涂料厂汽车涂料项目职业病危害控制效果评价与分析
Evaluation and analysis on control effect of occupational hazards in a paint factory in Jiangmen

Abstract
Objective Through the investigation and analysis of the concentration measurement of occupational disease risk factors and occupational disease prevention facilities in a paint factory,to evaluate the control effect of occupational disease prevention facilities.Methods The evaluation and analysis of occupational health survey,occupational health monitoring,and occupational health monitoring were carried out.Results Production workshop had set up the prevention facilities of dust,chemical poison,and noise.The wind speed of the local exhaust hoods (23) of the dust prevention and gas protection was 0.34 to 7.26 m/s;and the wind speed of the control points (7) of the exhaust hood mouth was 0.26 to 4.90 m/s.The time weighted average concentrations of benzene,methylbenzene,dimethylbenzene,butyl acetate,ethyl acetate,cyclohexanone,n-butanol alcohol,toluene di-isocyanate,etc.in the air of the work place were detected at 207 points and that of dust at 3 points,and the results showed that all conformed to the national occupation exposure limit and the qualified rate was 100.0％.The noise intensity was detected at 34 points and the qualified rate was 91.2％.One person had benzene occupation contraindication and 1 noisy occupation contraindication.No occupation disease was found.Conclusions The dust prevention and anti-gas facilities of the automobile paint project can achieve the desired control effect.The prevention and control of noise hazards has to be strengthened.关键词
