Application and effect of Fitbit flex for the postoperative ambulation in patients with gastric cancer after robotic surgery

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application and effect of Fitbit flex for the postoperative ambulation in gastric cancer patients with robotic on enhanced recovery after surge~ Methods:Ninety-five cases patients with robotic radical gastrectomy were selected in December 2014 to December 2015,and were randomly assigned to experimental group (45 cases) and control group (40 cases).Fitbit flex was used in experimental group;control group used traditional nursing methods.The compliance and effect of postoperative ambulation were compared between the two groups.Results:The experimental group's compliance was higher than that of the control group;the first time of flatus,defecation showed significant difference in two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Fitbit flex is objective and effective for postoperative ambulation in gastric cancer patients with robotic on enhanced recovery after surgery.Moreover,it can promote postoperative recovery.关键词
