Economic Growth, Opportunity Equality and Social Unrest——The Inclusive Growth in the Arab
摘要
Abstract
The political unrest in the Arab in 2010 revealed a significant essential problem behind economic growth in this area,the imbalance between economic development and opportunity equality.Before 2010,the economic growth in the Arab region was significant,as the indexes indicated.However,the anti-government movements were still launched by unsatisfied people.This article finds,through the study of economic indexes of the Arab region,that the lack of inclusive growth is the key problem of the Arab world.This article presents the importance of inclusive growth to the Arab region,by suggesting that opportunity creation or employment improvement is the only route to achieve the sustainable development of the Middle East.关键词
