Study of L-arabinose extraction from corn cob by acid hydrolysis
摘要
Abstract
For the sufficient application of L-arabinose in corn cobs,we investigated the effects of oxalic acid volume fraction,hydrolysis temperature and hydrolysis time on the yield of L-arabinose.The yield of L-arabinose,detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC),was taken as the indicator,and the optimal conditions of oxalic acid hydrolysis of corn cobs for L-arabinose production were determined by the orthogonal test:The oxalic acid concentration was 1.5％,the hydrolysis time was 1.5 h,the hydrolysis temperature was 125 ℃,and the yield of L-arabinose by hydrolysis was 3.5％.关键词
