地上附着物补偿满意度评价及实证分析
Evaluation with empirical analysis of compensation satisfaction for degree ground attachments
摘要
Abstract
In order to verify the scientific feature of contract compensation,in Zhengzhou airport economic comprehensive experimentation area the farmers who was completed or ongoing the land requisition were taken as survey subject for analysis and by using the satisfaction survey method for analysis of the expectation of farmers,and by perceived quality,perceived value,satisfaction of farmers and trust of farmers as perspectives.From the resuhs we can see that most farmers have high satisfaction after the operation of contract system.It is proved the compensation method is suitable in the experimentation area.Compared with the real compensation system,the contract compensation was more advantages in improving work efficiency,regulating the behavior of land requisition,reducing the disputes,and so on.关键词
