扶正消瘤汤联合化疗治疗消化道恶性肿瘤临床研究
Clinical Study on the Treatment of Malignant Tumor of Digestive Tract with Fuzheng Xiaoliu Tang Combined with Chemotherapy

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of malignant tumor of digestive tract with Fuzheng Xiaoliu Tang combined with chemotherapy.Methods:160 cases of patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was given chemotherapy drug treatment,and the study group was treated with Fuzheng Xiaoliu Tang on the basis of the control group.Compared the clinical curative effect,quality of life improvement and the level of CD4 +/CD8 + of the two groups of patients.Results:After treatment,the total efficiency of the study group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);the Karnofsky score and the level of CD4 +/CD8 + in the study group were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of the treatment of malignant tumor of digestive tract with Fuzheng Xiaoliu Tang combined with chemotherapy is obvious,which can improve the quality of life and immunity of patients,and reduce the pain of patients.关键词
