益肾导邪解毒汤联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病临床研究
Clinical Study on Yishen Daoxie Jiedu Tang Combined with Alprostadil Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

Abstract
Objective:To investigate Yishen Daoxie Jiedu Tang combined with alprostadil treatment of diabetic nephropathy (DN).Methods:102 cases of DN patients by drawing lots were divided into the control group of 51 cases and the observation group of 51 cases.The control group was given alprostadil,and the observation group was treated with Yishen Daoxie Jiedu Tang on the basis of the control group.Compared serum creatinine (Scr),24-hour urinary protein quantity(24 hUPRO),Cystatin C,blood rheology (plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity),blood urea nitrogen (BUN),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) changes of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was statistical difference in Scr,24 hUPRO,CysC,plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,BUN,TNF-α,hs-CRP between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05);Through treatment,Scr,24 hUPRO,CysC,plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,BUN,TNF-α,hs-CRP of the two groups significantly decreased (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,Scr,24 hUPRO,CysC,plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,BUN,TNF-α,hs-CRP of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The clinical efficacy of observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Yishen Daoxie Jiedu Tang combined with alprostadil treatment of DN patients has significant curative effect.关键词
