中药方剂配以音乐疗法对肝郁证大鼠的改善作用
Improvement Study on Chinese Medicine Formulae in Combination with Music Therapy in Rats with Liver Depression Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine formulae plus music therapy in rats with liver depression syndrome.Methods:80 Wistar rats were divided into 5 groups randomly,normal group,model geoup,music group,Chinese medicine formulae group and Chinese medicine formulae plus music therapy group.In addition to the normal group,each group received unpredictable chronic stress stimulation in 21 days.After the building groups of animals at the end of the time,Chinese medicine formulae group and Chinese medicine formulae plus music therapy group were treated with medicine at a dose of 5.0 g/(kg · d)-1 The other groups were treated with physiological saline.Meanwhile,all the rats except normal group and model group were compelled to listen to the alfa music in a quiet environment for 1 h once and 3 times a day.The last 1 h after the treatment,the blood was taken from abdominal aorta,serum volume,adrenocorticotrophic hormone (ACTH) and corticosterone (CORT) were measured and main organ coefficients were analyzed.Results:Compared with the model group,serum volume ratio,liver index,spleen index,plasma ACTH and serum CORT value of rats decreased significantly in the groups of Chinese medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine plus music (P ＜0.05);compared with the model group,the liver and kidney coefficient rats decreased significantly(P ＜ 0.05) and serum volume ratio,plasma ACTH value and the value of CORT in serum had no significant difference in the music group(P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:The method of Chinese medicine formulae plus music therapy has certain meliorative effect on liver depression rats.关键词
