利胆排毒口服液抗内毒素血症实验研究
Experimental Study on the Anti-Endotoxemia of Lidanpaidu Oral Liquid
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the anti-endotoxic effect of Lidanpaidu oral liquid (LOL).Methods:Observed the Cholagogic effect of LOL by counting the bile flow of rats.The method of coloration matrix was used to detect the level of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in bile and urine of mouse.The way of small intestine propelling rate was used to measure the intestine moved forwards in mice.By the method of ear swelling test of mice induced by dimethylbenzene,analyzed the anti-inflammatory effect of LOL;observed the protective effect of endotoxin in pathological model of mice by intragastric administration of LOL.Results:LOL could enhance the bile flow of rats,the bile flow increased (4.5 ± 1.5) drops during 20-40 min than that of normal,(5.5 ± 2.5) drops during 40-60 min than that of normal;lower the level of LPS in bile and urine of mouse,the level of the control group and LOL group were (84.3 ±12.1) EU · mL-1,(51.7 ± 14.4) EU · mL-1 (P ＜0.01)in bile,(17.2 ±2.1) EU · mL-1,(12.5 ± 1.6) EU · mL-1 (P ＜ 0.01)in urine respectively;LOL can reduce ear swelling of mice induced by dimethylbenzene,and ear swelling rate of the control group and LOL group were 0％ and 59.02％ (P ＜ 0.01) respectively;LOL can enhance the intestine motility,the small intestine propelling rate of the control group and LOL group were (55.08 ± 0.39) ％,(99.12 ± 0.87) ％ (P ＜ 0.01) respectively;LOL also can protect mice from death induced by lethal dose of LPS,and the survival rate of the control group and LOL group were 0％ and 100％ (P ＜ 0.01) respectively.Conclusion:Lidanpaidu oral liquid possess good effect of anti-endotoxemia.关键词
