摘要

Abstract

In order to realize the localization of large diameter and thick wall welded pipe, after several rounds of single furnace trial production and several rounds of thousand tons trial production, the domestic X80 grade Φ1422 mm×21.4 mm large diameter thick wall SAWH/SAWL pipe was successfully developed, which conducted by Baoji Petroleum Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., Shougang Group, Shashi Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and other steel mills, and a number of performance tests were conducted. The results showed that the yield strength of SAWH pipe body is 574~681 MPa, the tensile strength is 653~759 MPa, the average impact energy is 373 J at-10℃. The yield strength of SAWL pipe body is 564~627 MPa, the tensile strength is 641~694 MPa, the average impact energy is 460 J at-10℃. The average DWTT shear area of SAWH/SAWL pipe is 96%, various performance indicators can meet technical requirements of X801422 mm ×21.4 mm steel pipes used for Russia-China Eastern Pipeline, it indicated that China has the ability of industrialized batch production of large diameter thick wall welded pipe.
