摘要

Abstract

In order to further study the force and deformation situation of bimetallic composite pipe during the mechanical drawing production process, from the angle of stress analysis, based on the plane strain assumption and the ideal elastic-plastic model, a simple analysis on the bimetallic composite pipe forming process was conducted, it is concluded that choosing drawing method to prepare bimetallic composite pipe, the expansion process was implemented by cone head size, so the cone head size has the direct influence on interfacial bonding strength. It also studied the influence rule of cone head size on interfacial bonding strength, the comparison of the predicted results with the experimental results showed that the established the test predicted model can give good predication results..
